How does it fit?
It's oversized by design, with a roomy fit and dropped shoulders, in sizes S to 3XL. Take your usual size for the oversized look, or size down for a closer fit. Email us if you'd like measurements.
Why is it made to order?
We make each piece after you order, in the size and colour you pick, through our print and production partner. That’s why processing can take up to 5 business days before it ships.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Very close. Screens show colours differently, and print or embroidery placement can vary slightly from piece to piece, as with any made-to-order item.
How do I care for it?
Wash inside out in cold water. Dry gently and avoid ironing over the printed artwork.
When will it arrive?
Each piece is made after you order, which is part of our 1–5 business day processing time. Delivery then takes an estimated 7–14 business days, with free tracked shipping across Australia. We email your tracking link once it ships.
What if the size is wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and send it back unworn, unwashed and with its tags for a change-of-mind refund. That includes our made-to-order pieces. You cover the return postage, and faults are covered by your Australian Consumer Law rights. Read the refund policy.
