5. Return Shipping

If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a return is approved for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Dropshipping & Supplier Fulfilment
We work with third-party suppliers to fulfil and ship orders.
While packaging, shipping and handling may be carried out by our suppliers, we remain responsible for ensuring your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law are upheld.
7. Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time after the return or assessment is completed.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
However, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on sale items.
